Night Reception Manager - Luxury Hotel

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Night Reception Manager to join our team at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel. This Night Reception Manager remote position is crucial for ensuring exceptional guest experiences during the late hours. You will oversee the front-of-house operations, managing a diverse team to deliver high-quality service to our residents, members, and guests.

What You'll Do

• Manage the Front of House operations during the night shift, ensuring adequate staffing across all departments.
• Support Night Auditors and Reception staff to maintain high standards at the Reception Desk.
• Organize and control administration and operations of book-outs as required.
• Ensure sufficient stocks and supplies are available for nightly procedures.
• Provide the highest level of service to all guests, maximizing satisfaction.
• Stay fully conversant with hotel legislation, ensuring compliance at all times.

Requirements

• Strong multitasking abilities and proactive management skills.
• Experience with Opera and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Personable and approachable demeanor.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a hotel night-time front-of-house role.
• Familiarity with large hotel operations.
• Strong leadership skills.
