About the Role

We are seeking an Advanced R&D Component Static Bench Test Engineer to join our innovative team at Brembo. As an Advanced R&D Component Static Bench Test Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of automotive technology. Your expertise will contribute to the validation strategies of mechatronic components, ensuring high performance and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the definition and improvement of validation strategies for mechatronic components including actuators, ECUs, sensors, and electric motors.
• Assist in the development of new bench types, defining documents, methods, procedures, processes, and specific tools for your area of expertise.
• Prepare and execute development and validation tests for mechatronic components on the bench, adhering to timelines set by the responsible manager.
• Ensure the compilation and drafting of test reports and documentation for your area of competence.
• Analyze deviations and investigate potential causes, proposing solutions for continuous improvement while maintaining a critical focus on safety, effectiveness, and system efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of safety standards in automotive engineering.
