About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Manager, Intake to oversee the intake process in our healthcare operations. What You'll Do

• Manage the intake process for healthcare services, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and SQL for data analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations and talent management.
• Oversee billing and payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement in the intake process.
• Engage in case management and client advocacy to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are well-equipped to handle intake responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within healthcare administration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.
• Experience in performance evaluation and compliance management.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and billing processes.
• Experience in customer service and client advocacy.
