About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Omnichannel Editor to join our dynamic team at Hubert Burda Media. This remote position offers the opportunity to create impactful content that resonates with audiences across various platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping our content strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery across digital channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance content for web, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Conceptualize channel-specific formats with a keen sense of platform logic and audience resonance.
• Act as an editorial liaison with the tech team, collaborating closely on the development, testing, and optimization of digital channels.
• Coordinate with channel owners to ensure efficient workflows and content orchestration across multiple platforms.
• Maintain responsibility for tone, consistency, and content quality throughout all communications.

Requirements

• A completed degree in communication, media, journalism, or a related field with relevant practical experience.
• Several years of professional experience in editorial, agency, or digital environments.
• Experience in creating digital content within an omnichannel or platform setup.
• Strong editorial judgment and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficient in content management systems and digital publishing tools.
• Understanding of content performance, user journeys, and cross-channel distribution.
• Excellent command of German and good English skills.
• Independent, structured, and creative working style.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance.
