Remote Finance Manager - International Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Finance Manager with an international focus to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and strategic finance initiatives across various global markets. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with international regulations.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning and analysis for international operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to track financial performance.
• Utilize advanced tools such as SQL, Looker, and Excel to analyze financial data and generate insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Oversee P&L management and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Implement process improvements and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Engage in risk management and financial auditing to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in an international context.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Experience in healthcare finance or consumer products is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mergers & acquisitions and corporate development.
• Familiarity with clinical engineering and software engineering finance.
• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
