What You'll Do

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors as an Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage financial data.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to facilitate smooth financial operations.
• Assist in financial reporting and audits, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with accounting software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with financial reporting and vendor management.
• Experience with Airtable, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Background in customer service or call center operations.
