About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer specializing in Growth to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for growth-focused projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement and retention.
• Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the team.
• Implement design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Engage in user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on growth strategies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and methodologies.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in AI integration and automation is a plus.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React and TypeScript.
