About the Role

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in process improvement or business analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or technology modernization is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience with EHR systems administration.
