About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Data Conversion Engineer to join our dynamic team at Lumin Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for converting online banking data for new clients into the Lumin Digital platform. As a Remote Data Conversion Engineer, you will perform essential technical configurations of our banking product and partner closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation kickoff through to production launch.

What You'll Do

  • Map, load, validate, and test data received in various file formats.
  • Meet with clients to address any data-related issues and provide technical consultation.
  • Collaborate with development, services, product, and support teams in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Load, validate, and troubleshoot data received from external vendors, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
  • Ensure successful client launches by maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundation in data conversion processes.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience with online banking systems or similar financial technologies.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a data-focused role.
