Senior SAP BTP Consultant - Remote or Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP BTP Consultant to join our team at Public Cloud Group. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting projects that modernize IT infrastructures for medium-sized companies. As a Senior SAP BTP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes and enhancing efficiency through tailored SAP services.

What You'll Do

• Consult and conceptualize SAP system landscapes for our clients in cloud environments.
• Analyze existing systems and define BTP architectures.
• Create solution designs for integrations, extensions, and cloud workloads.
• Support migration and innovation projects, conducting workshops and technical reviews.
• Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Advise on security and identity management, and assist in monitoring and performance optimization.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Several years of experience with BTP development models (CAP, UI5, Node.js/Java, Kyma) and SAP projects, preferably in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with the SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proficient in Git, DevOps, CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management.
• Certifications in the BTP field are a plus (e.g., SAP BTP Developer, Integration Architect).
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty (24/7) with appropriate compensation.
• Fluent in German (C1) and business-level English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing large-scale SAP migrations.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
