About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Relations Manager to join our dynamic team at Hopes Global Getaways. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients in the travel industry. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer relations or client management, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
