About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Account Executive to join our dynamic team at LangChain. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our generative AI solutions, collaborating with technical teams at leading enterprise companies. As a Remote Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, ensuring that our innovative products are effectively adopted by clients.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a strong focus on follow-up and follow-through.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our products can solve real-world problems.
  • Drive proof-of-concept efforts by collaborating with sales engineers and product experts to showcase the tangible value of our offerings.
  • Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to educate customers and shape discussions around generative AI adoption.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success in partnership with deployment and support teams.
  • Negotiate pricing and deal terms, working closely with legal to finalize contracts.
  • Provide valuable customer insights to product and engineering teams to inform future roadmaps and enhance user experiences.
  • Help define and iterate on our sales playbook, contributing to the development of effective go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of engaging technical decision-makers.
  • Technical acumen to navigate complex discussions and establish credibility with clients.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, adept at overcoming obstacles and advancing deals.
  • Passion for generative AI and a desire to assist customers in navigating this rapidly evolving industry.
