Director of Product Management - Data Science Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Product Management to lead our data science solutions team at Johnson & Johnson. What You'll Do

• Define and execute product strategy for AI-driven regulatory tools that enhance submissions and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with regulatory objectives and data science goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex regulatory workflows into actionable technical specifications.
• Drive prioritization decisions across competing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Lead agile product teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Champion the adoption of generative AI technologies to streamline regulatory processes.
• Provide training and change management support to enhance productivity across global regulatory teams.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory submission processes (FDA, EMA, PMDA).
• Experience with generative AI tools and methodologies.
• Proven track record in using agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience with regulatory data management systems and e-submission platforms.
• Familiarity with natural language processing and automated quality control tools.
• Background in cloud platforms and clinical data lakes.
