Quorum Business Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a fully remote Quorum Business Analyst for a role with a global industry leader. In this position, you will be responsible for leading Quorum improvement recommendations and presenting effectively to senior and executive management and global teams. What You'll Do

• Lead client meetings with business and development teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of complex processes.
• Provide recommendations for systems alternatives and enhancements based on thorough analysis of client requirements.
• Partner with business teams to investigate performance metrics and drive business planning initiatives.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to aid management in making informed implementation decisions.
• Mentor colleagues and improve team capabilities in IT Service Management (ITSM) disciplines.
• Develop and execute cross-functional testing strategies, communicating with all stakeholders for technology delivery.
• Document user stories and feedback, effectively communicating insights to senior leaders for technology improvement.
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives to ensure product/platform resources are adequately protected.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Quorum Business Analyst.
• Expertise in Quorum systems, specifically TIPS and FLOWCAL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in business-critical Measurement and Accounting applications.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change management activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
• Familiarity with business process mapping and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
