Project Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager - Remote to lead our dynamic team in managing exciting technological projects. As a Project Manager - Remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project success through effective stakeholder management, resource allocation, and team coordination.

What You'll Do

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
• Utilize Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, to manage project workflows and improve efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project quality.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Wrike, Notion, and Monday.com.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in English; Polish is a plus.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
