Intern - Supplier Qualification Support (Remote)

We are looking for an Intern - Supplier Qualification Support to join our team remotely. What You'll Do

• Manage data and databases, including supplier registry management and synchronization between integrated platforms.
• Update and maintain databases related to supplier qualification platforms, ensuring data integrity through analysis and validation.
• Monitor operational performance and reporting by extracting and processing periodic data for KPI calculations.
• Prepare analytical reports and monitoring dashboards, supporting the creation of content for webinars and technical presentations.
• Handle functional issues and system configuration updates, including tracking and resolving platform malfunction reports.
• Coordinate with the technical team to correct anomalies and document issues while supporting the testing of resolutions.
• Assist in implementing new features and releases, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in data management and database handling.
• Familiarity with ERP/platform management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, formatting, and database management).
• Good command of the English language.
