About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of projects related to technical building equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform project decisions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to achieve project goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the construction or building services sector.
• Strong understanding of technical building equipment and systems.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
