What You'll Do

• Facilitate the withdrawal process from submission to closure, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate processing of withdrawals across various teams to maintain operational flow.
• Complete ad hoc data requests and compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Compile status reports on withdrawals, providing insights and recommendations.
• Assist in developing operational goals and standards to enhance program effectiveness.
• Represent the unit in internal and external meetings, fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and Tableau is essential.
• Analyst-level proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel is required.
• Proficient in Google Suite to facilitate daily operations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Analytic skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Minimum education: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
