About the Role

Join BeiGene France Sarl as an AI & People Analytics Intern - Remote, where you'll support the transformation of survey data into actionable insights that drive strategic talent decisions. What You'll Do

• Analyze employee survey data using statistical and AI-based methods to derive meaningful insights.
• Build predictive models that enhance understanding of employee engagement and performance.
• Translate quantitative findings into executive-ready dashboards for stakeholder presentations.
• Support the automation of reporting processes through AI tools.
• Present findings to HR and business stakeholders, showcasing your analytical skills.
• Work with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create impactful visual representations of data.
• Collaborate with a team focused on improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Gain exposure to AI/ML modeling frameworks, enhancing your technical skill set.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Understanding of statistical concepts like regression and predictive modeling.
• Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Glint, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Products (Excel, Co-Pilot).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Previous experience in an internship or project related to data analytics.
• Interest in the healthcare or oncology sector.
