VP, Onboarding & Education - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a VP, Onboarding & Education to join Midi Health in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational strategies that empower clinicians and enhance patient care. As the VP, Onboarding & Education, you will lead the development of a comprehensive learning engine that supports clinician readiness and long-term performance at scale.

What You'll Do

• Define and lead the multi-year strategy for Midi University, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design a future-state learning model that incorporates simulation and gamification to enhance learning experiences.
• Establish and oversee the enterprise education operating model, ensuring effective delivery of educational programs.
• Manage the education budget end-to-end, making informed decisions on resource allocation.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions and vendor strategy to optimize educational offerings.
• Own enterprise education outcomes tied to scale, ensuring measurable impacts on clinician performance.
• Lead a team of Directors and Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with Business Operations to define success metrics and track educational effectiveness.
• Build leadership capability and career pathways within the organization.

Requirements

• Executive-level leadership experience in education or workforce development.
• Proven success in building tech-enabled learning ecosystems.
• Experience owning an enterprise education portfolio with a focus on outcomes.
• Ability to establish competency standards across diverse roles.
• Strong cross-functional executive leadership skills.
• Data-driven approach, linking education investments to measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading through directors with clear accountability.
