Head of Platform & Security - Remote

About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Platform & Security - Remote to join our innovative team at Cosuno. This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of our platform's infrastructure, security, and compliance, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technology while maintaining high standards of security.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and maintenance of our platform's security and compliance frameworks.
• Manage Terraform configurations across AWS and GCP to ensure a robust infrastructure.
• Respond to security questionnaires from enterprise customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Streamline IT onboarding processes for employees and manage access effectively.
• Collaborate closely with our Full Stack Engineering team to integrate security into product development.
• Drive operational maturity by managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Support enterprise customers with their security and compliance needs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 certification and maintain necessary processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and compliance frameworks.
• Proficient in managing cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS and GCP.
• Comfortable operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Ability to manage multiple open threads effectively with an ownership-driven mindset.
• Experience with compliance automation tooling is a bonus.
• Familiarity with GDPR operational requirements is a plus.
• CI/CD experience is advantageous.
• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS startup is preferred.

• Experience with security automation tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
