About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Trivium. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Bloom & Bond, ensuring efficiency and clarity in processes while contributing to our rapid growth. Trivium has achieved remarkable success, scaling from $0 to $500K in monthly revenue within a year, and we are on track for a valuation between $100M and $1B. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on our company performance and scalability.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain operational systems that enhance efficiency.
• Accountable for team performance against KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding processes to build a strong team.
• Manage inventory and logistics to streamline operations.
• Provide financial visibility into operational spending to aid decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain clarity in processes.
• Ability to manage diverse teams effectively, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Proficient in using operational dashboards and KPI trackers to monitor performance.
• Experience in supply chain management and financial oversight.
