Product Owner - AI Apps Team (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Owner - AI Apps Team (Remote) to join our innovative team at Intermedia. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about leveraging communication data to create intelligent, customer-facing AI experiences. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating high-level product concepts into actionable requirements for our development teams.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the Product Owner for 1–2 development teams, driving day-to-day execution of AI capabilities.
• Prioritize and maintain a clear backlog aligned with product goals and stakeholder needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to convert business needs into explicit requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for development teams.
• Coordinate with UI/UX teams to ensure design assets meet product requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders, managing expectations proactively.
• Lead cross-team efforts involving multiple Intermedia products or systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in software development.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on facilitating productive discussions.
• Experience working with Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, with strong async communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Technical background or prior engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud-based software or SaaS products.
• Product Ownership or Project Management certifications (CSPO, PMP, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern AI concepts or machine learning workflows.
