About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at SureCost. As a leader in pharmacy purchasing and inventory management solutions, we empower pharmacies to make smarter, data-driven decisions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand for our products, ensuring they “fly-off the shelf.”
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand competitors and buyers, using insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, and reports.
  • Engage with Sales and Product Management teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine messaging and improve results.
  • Maintain sales enablement materials that support the sales team in effectively communicating product value.
  • Ensure all marketing communications reflect our product capabilities and resonate with target audiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a market-facing role.
  • Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Strong public speaking and writing skills, capable of presenting to senior groups.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in sourcing information.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) III preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the SaaS industry or pharmacy solutions.
  • Familiarity with ROI tracking and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of customer use cases and workflows.
