What You'll Do

• Oversee the design process from initial concept to final production, ensuring the highest quality in every deliverable.
• Create and evolve design systems, prototypes, and necessary assets to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and product stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences.
• Transform early-stage ideas into actionable outcomes, demonstrating your ability to navigate ambiguity.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design quality in consumer- or enterprise-facing projects.
• Proven ability to think systemically and proactively contribute fresh ideas and strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• A commitment to excellence and attention to detail in your design work.
• Experience in creating user-centered designs that improve usability and accessibility.
