Founders Associate - Remote Role at Melotech

About the Role

We are seeking a Founders Associate - Remote to join Melotech, a company revolutionizing the media and entertainment industry. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, executing strategies that will shape the future of our company. Your decisions will directly influence our trajectory, and you will be responsible for tackling critical questions about market positioning and internal processes.

What You'll Do

• Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents while tracking KPIs and compiling performance updates.
• Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Support fundraising efforts by creating pitch materials, organizing investor outreach, and maintaining partner relations.
• Streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and handle recruiting at scale with the help of AI.
• Act as a sparring partner for the founder in prioritizing and executing strategic projects across different areas of the business.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field from a globally top-tier university.
• At least 1 year of proven, high-impact professional experience from elite management consultancies, bulge bracket investment banks, Big Tech, leading PE/VC funds, or as an early team member at venture-backed, hyper-growth startups.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Highly autonomous, thriving with minimal guidance and trusted to independently lead and deliver multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable impact in scaling and strategy.
