Contract Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Docker. As a Recruiting Coordinator remote, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting Operations team during a busy hiring period. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help us maintain a smooth and efficient hiring process.

What You'll Do

• Schedule a high volume of interviews across various teams and time zones, acting as the main point of contact for candidates.
• Manage complex calendars quickly and accurately, ensuring that all parties are informed of any changes.
• Keep candidate records up to date in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
• Open and manage job-specific Slack channels to keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Support onboarding logistics to ensure new hires have a smooth start.
• Jump in on recruiting ops projects and help document processes for future reference.
• Look for ways to improve scheduling workflows and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong calendar management skills across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and other remote collaboration tools.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Ashby, is a plus.
