Principal Product Manager - Emerging Opportunities (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Emerging Opportunities to join our team at ezCater. This remote position offers the chance to lead the development of innovative products that enhance our catering marketplace. You will play a crucial role in defining the offering and setting the strategy for our new product, Meal Cards, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of the MVP offering in collaboration with engineering partners.
• Work with research, design, UX, and analytics teams to identify customer needs and prioritize product launch scopes.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences about complex topics related to product development.
• Set ambitious goals and manage schedules effectively to ensure timely product launches.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to guide initiatives and inform decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with successful 0-1 product launches.
• Experience with API integrations and knowledge of Fintech or Payments.
• Familiarity with high growth operations and problem-solving in tech spaces.
• Strong ability to set ambitious goals and manage schedules effectively.
• Data-driven approach to guide initiatives and inform decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the food tech industry.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
