HR Business Partner - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join Asure Software, a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This HR Business Partner - Remote position is an exciting opportunity to support our clients in enhancing their HR functions and achieving their business goals. With a focus on delivering exceptional client service, you will play a crucial role in managing full-service client projects and providing strategic HR guidance.
What You'll Do
- Respond to human resources issues, problems, and questions via phone and e-mail, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop, implement, and revise HR policies and procedures tailored to client needs.
- Manage full-service client projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently.
- Administer clients’ leave and government reporting, maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Assist in establishing HR priorities for clients, aligning with their business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive employee handbooks and procedures that reflect best practices.
- Provide HR audits, reports, and build strong relationships with clients.
- Guide clients on federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Advise on employee disciplinary procedures and performance management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions to support transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Two or more years of HR experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is required.
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of CRM/CMS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information and handle sensitive situations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on client engagement.
- Highly organized and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and good judgment.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and provide effective solutions.
