PR & Communications Executive - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented PR & Communications Executive to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our communications function, driving awareness of our market-leading insurance proposition with brokers, customers, and the wider industry. As a PR & Communications Executive, you will contribute to a collaborative environment where your creativity and enthusiasm will shine.

What You'll Do

• Support the communications team with day-to-day coordination using workflow tools such as Monday.com.
• Keep the communications calendar up-to-date and ensure team organization.
• Track media coverage and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of our communications strategies.
• Assist with our awards program by drafting and submitting entries.
• Upload press releases and content to our online resource center.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to create clear and engaging content.
• Partner with the content team to align media coverage, blogs, and articles with wider marketing activities.
• Work with the digital team to amplify coverage across social media channels.

Requirements

• A degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PR or communications, preferably in Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail and a knack for storytelling.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Monday.com and a good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic understanding of key communications channels, including PR, owned, social, and digital.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic design tools.
