What You'll Do

• Treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time.
• Top performers average 11–12 patients per day, with double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care.
• Build personalized plans of care that align with your clinical style and expertise.
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners to enhance patient outcomes.
• Support strong outcomes with consistent, patient-first care.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Team-first attitude and commitment to providing a great patient experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Interest in pursuing specialty certifications (e.g., OCS).

What We Offer

• Total potential income (Base + Revenue Sharing): $85,000–$105,000/year.
• Base Pay: $80,000–$85,000.
• Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year.
