What You'll Do
- Treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time.
- Top performers average 11–12 patients per day, with double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care.
- Build personalized plans of care that align with your clinical style and expertise.
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners to enhance patient outcomes.
- Support strong outcomes with consistent, patient-first care.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions.
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
- Team-first attitude and commitment to providing a great patient experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
- Interest in pursuing specialty certifications (e.g., OCS).
What We Offer
- Total potential income (Base + Revenue Sharing): $85,000–$105,000/year.
- Base Pay: $80,000–$85,000.
- Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year.
