HR Operations Specialist - Remote Role at Welltech

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at Welltech. As a global company with Ukrainian roots, we are committed to helping individuals build healthy habits through our innovative wellness solutions. With over 25.5 million users, our mission is to move everybody to start and stay well for life. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining HR data and overseeing HR administration activities for our Welltechers in Ukraine and contractors in other locations.

What You'll Do

• Manage HRIS administration by maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data within our HR system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Oversee various HR administration tasks, including drafting and organizing employees’ and contractors’ agreements and addendums.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs for calculations by local in-house and/or external payroll providers.
• Administer benefits, maintaining an updated database for internal and external usage.
• Provide first-line support to Welltechers on matters related to contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and local HR administration procedures.
• Develop and maintain global policies and procedures in HR Operations, ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Administer and update our Confluence space, ensuring HR operations policies are accessible to relevant audiences.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and market practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Experience with Workday, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Docs/Sheets, and Excel.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
