Scheduler (Energy Efficiency) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Scheduler (Energy Efficiency) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance interventions for HVAC systems to ensure their proper functioning and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring an adequate workload for technicians.
• Group and ungroup maintenance work orders (preventive and corrective) effectively.
• Monitor daily interventions and produce weekly reports on completed and pending tasks.
• Organize on-call schedules and maintain digital records.
• Participate in weekly scheduling meetings with project managers.
• Analyze failure redundancies and contribute to their resolution.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance documentation and regulatory certifications.
• Centralize client communications and produce operational reports.

Requirements

• BTS or professional license in energy management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in scheduling or maintenance coordination.
• Results-oriented with strong autonomy and interpersonal skills.
• Good oral communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and analytical capabilities for decision-making.
