About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team at DeLaval. As a Service Technician, you will contribute to improving dairy farming practices worldwide while enjoying a supportive and innovative work environment.

What You'll Do

• Independently perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs across DeLaval's product portfolio.
• Manage your service vehicle and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Sell accessories and spare parts to customers, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
• Participate in an on-call team to provide emergency support as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to your service activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma, preferably in electrical or technical programs, or similar with work experience.
• A strong technical interest with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience or interest in animal husbandry and milk production is a plus.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
• Proficiency in Swedish and a good understanding of English.
