About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative to join our team at IronRod Health. This hybrid role allows you to work both remotely and in our Phoenix office, providing you with flexibility while you make a significant impact in patient care. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in educating patients about our innovative cardiac monitoring services and ensuring they receive the highest quality of support.
What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed outbound call volume quotas to ensure patient engagement.
- Manage client accounts with a focus on compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Accurately log daily activities and provide detailed notations of patient conversations.
- Educate patients regarding remote monitoring and assist with equipment ordering.
- Provide technical support for remote monitors, ensuring patients can maintain their connections.
- Discuss general insurance coverage with patients and verify their benefits.
- Multitask effectively while delivering the highest quality of service.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and career advancement potential.
Requirements
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Professional communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
