Senior Product Manager - API & AI Platform

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager for our API & AI Platform at Cryptio, a role that offers the opportunity to work remotely while shaping the future of financial integrity in the crypto economy. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our API and AI initiatives, ensuring that our platform meets the needs of enterprise clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the API roadmap, balancing the needs of enterprise clients, internal teams, and AI consumers.
• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise engineering teams to understand integration patterns and translate them into coherent API designs.
• Establish API design principles, versioning strategies, and deprecation policies that instill confidence in clients and internal teams.
• Design APIs with AI consumption in mind, focusing on structured responses and semantic clarity.
• Own the end-to-end developer experience, including authentication, documentation, SDKs, and error messaging.
• Act as the central coordination point across Engineering, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Define and monitor platform KPIs such as uptime, latency, and developer integration speed.
• Support client onboarding and bespoke integrations alongside Sales and Enterprise Solutions.

Requirements

• Deep technical fluency in API design, versioning, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience building or owning developer-facing platforms.
• Understanding of how LLMs and agentic systems interact with APIs.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to synthesize competing stakeholder requirements into a clear, prioritized strategy.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and taking ownership of a complex platform.
• Bonus: experience in crypto, fintech, compliance, or data infrastructure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools such as OpenAPI, REST, GraphQL, Linear, Notion, and Slack.
