Partner Manager - Remote Position at ZenGRC

About the Role

We are seeking a Partner Manager - Remote to join our team at ZenGRC. As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing partnerships in the healthcare compliance and regulated industries. This is an exciting opportunity to drive joint revenue and ensure effective collaboration with our partners.

What You'll Do

• Manage existing partnerships and source new ones to expand our network.
• Drive joint pipeline through collaboration with partners, ensuring mutual growth.
• Evaluate potential partners against a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Conduct structured quarterly business reviews with partners to assess performance and strategize for improvement.
• Integrate with the sales team for joint accountability on deals, ensuring alignment and success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of channel or partner sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of closed partner Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Experience co-selling with audit firms and consulting partners.
• Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
• Strong pipeline discipline and forecasting skills to drive results.
