Legal Advisory Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Advisory Manager - Remote to join PERSUIT, a dynamic and growing company focused on delivering exceptional user experiences through innovative design. As a Legal Advisory Manager, you will lead high-impact advisory engagements and elevate the maturity of outside counsel management programs across our client base.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex outside counsel management engagements across corporate legal departments.
• Serve as a senior trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Provide end-to-end advisory across matter intake, panel design, and fee structuring.
• Translate data and operational insights into strategic recommendations.
• Lead project execution alongside Consultants and Analysts.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and structured feedback to junior team members.
• Develop standardized frameworks and playbooks for outside counsel management.
• Conduct sophisticated spend analyses to uncover trends and optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to webinars and industry events.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Deep experience in outside counsel management.
• Understanding of legal department operations.
• Ability to translate expertise into scalable frameworks.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Experience in data analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Current, valid work authorization in the USA.

• Prior experience in a consulting role.
