Remote Project Manager - E-commerce Automation

About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Project Manager to join our team at LatamCent, a leading nearshore staffing agency specializing in e-commerce automation. As a Remote Project Manager, you will lead customer implementations and strategic initiatives for Flxpoint, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with agreed scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Lead implementation calls and status meetings.
• Document decisions, action items, and scope updates clearly.
• Align cross-functional teams around project goals.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and task tracking.
• Use modern project management tools effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
• Experience in SaaS or technology environments preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing presence and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience using modern project management tools.
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with strong follow-through.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or automation sectors.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
