About the Role

Prolific is seeking a talented and experienced Paid Media / Performance Marketer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling and optimizing our paid media initiatives, contributing to the growth of our innovative AI-driven platform. As a Paid Media / Performance Marketer, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on across multiple paid channels, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Influ2, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies tailored for B2B, research, academic, AI, and commercial segments.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing for key metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Produce clear and actionable performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance messaging, positioning, and landing page optimization.
  • Conduct channel analysis to identify scaling opportunities and inefficiencies.
  • Recommend new paid channels, formats, or placements based on performance insights.
  • Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and measurement setups are in place.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns for B2B products, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Influ2, Hubspot, Meta, and other relevant channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Experience with content syndication and lead-generation-focused paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with performance data and reporting tools.
  • Ability to explain performance insights and recommendations clearly to non-specialists.
  • Experience working as a freelancer or contractor with fast-moving teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the AI or data-driven industry.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
