About the Role

As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring efficiency and success in our operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end order management process.
• Collaborate with Sales teams, partners, and vendors to support the management of complex orders.
• Process orders and identify the correct processing methods.
• Handle order-related queries, including ETA, licenses, and POD requests.
• Manage back orders and billing with high attention to currency exchange rates and profitability.
• Support the sales team with P&A, stock quotes, and bids.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Administrative, or Order Processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills over the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A desire to learn, grow, and develop within the company.
