About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Procurement Lead to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to lead procurement initiatives and drive business transformation for our clients. As an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Procurement Lead, you will play a critical role in optimizing procure-to-pay processes and enhancing stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions focusing on procurement functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate change management processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and analytics to improve business performance.
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP with a focus on procurement.
  • Proven track record of managing ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Core HR Module.
  • Familiarity with OTBI and Oracle Analytics.
  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud ERP or related fields.
