Operational Project Manager - Facility Management

About the Role

We are seeking an Operational Project Manager (remote) to join our dynamic team at Apleona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various facility management projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. What You'll Do

• Identify project requirements and define the scope of work for facility management projects.
• Independently create project proposals and plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with the CAD department to prepare necessary project documentation.
• Prepare pricing comparisons and recommendations in collaboration with the procurement department.
• Conduct site visits and oversee subcontractor onboarding to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage project completion processes, including handover of spaces to users.
• Ensure adherence to risk assessment and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project closure activities and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training or a degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of operational and strategic project management.
• Experience in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is advantageous.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with facility management software.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in facility management.
• Fluency in additional languages.
