National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach to join our team remotely. As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health and wellness coaching to our participants. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to make a significant impact on individuals' lives through holistic, lifestyle-based care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health and well-being coaching via video or phone.
• Apply coaching techniques grounded in cognitive behavioral strategies and motivational interviewing.
• Support participants with goal setting and sustainable lifestyle behavior change.
• Work a minimum of two days per week, maintaining a consistent schedule.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for whole-person care.
• Participate in required training and stay current on coaching best practices.
• Track and analyze participant engagement and outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support non-clinical initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Active NBC-HWC certification (required).
• Strong foundation in mental health coaching.
• Experience delivering virtual coaching preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in holistic health practices.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
