Multi Craft Technician - Remote Support for Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Multi Craft Technician to provide remote support for manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, corrective, and emergency repairs of facility equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to CMMS work orders.
• Accurately log task and equipment information into the CMMS system.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.
• Identify and implement improvements in preventative maintenance and safety protocols.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts to eliminate recurring issues affecting production.
• Provide high-level support for breakdowns and repairs of general service production and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Work from mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and ladder logic displays.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and Quality objectives in accordance with ISO standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred; Mechatronics degree is a plus.
• 1-5 years of related experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in industrial maintenance best practices.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PLC controlled equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001, and 9001 standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
