Migration Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Migration Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data migration solutions while ensuring a seamless transition for our clients. As a Migration Designer, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality designs that meet their requirements.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop data migration strategies that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement migration solutions effectively.
• Utilize tools such as Sofico MILES and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging designs.
• Manage stakeholder communication to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Analyze complex systems and data structures to optimize migration processes.
• Conduct testing and validation of migration designs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide training and support to clients on new systems and processes.
• Continuously improve migration methodologies based on feedback and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data migration or functional design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and querying techniques.
• Experience with IFRS/IAS and contract accounting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in video editing and animation.
• Familiarity with UI design principles.
• Knowledge of complex systems and issue management.
