Mid/​Senior Frontend Engineer - Blockchain Intelligence

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid/Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team at TRM Labs, a blockchain intelligence company dedicated to building a safer world. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that tackle critical challenges such as human trafficking and financial fraud. As a key member of our Frontend Engineering team, you will develop robust product features that analyze blockchain transaction activity at a massive scale.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a large-scale web application that manages billions of transactions using React and Redux.
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to ship high-quality features.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code and design reviews to uphold best practices.
• Develop a deep understanding of crypto and blockchain technologies to inform product design and direction.
• Work closely with the product lead and customers to define a new category of enterprise software.
• Stay current on frontend best practices and technologies.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js) and CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., styled-components).
• Experience designing and building data-heavy frontend applications.
• Familiarity with virtual currencies and blockchain analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Adaptability and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
