What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage Linux-based systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Utilize Shell/Bash scripting for automation of system administration tasks.
• Manage user permissions and perform security hardening to protect sensitive data.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and performance.
• Participate in coding tests to demonstrate technical proficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Linux Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of security practices and system hardening techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and system monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of additional scripting languages (e.g., Python).
