Customer Satisfaction Coordinator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in customer relations and make a significant impact within our growing Customer Relations team.
What You'll Do
- Participate in all aspects of customer service and problem-solving.
- Expedite orders and repairs by tracking and updating customers on open orders.
- Log changes, delays, discrepancies, and cancellations accurately.
- Handle enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses in line with internal SLAs.
- Manage returns, including credits, repairs, and warranty cases.
- Coordinate with various internal departments across our global sites.
- Arrange evaluations, repairs, and replacements for warranties.
- Monitor, document, and close out returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized inboxes and archive communications effectively.
- Utilize customer feedback to suggest and support process improvements.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs A*-C, or grade 5 or above (including English) or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous office-based customer service or order management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording and updating information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence in resolving issues.
- Proficiency in computer systems; experience with a CRM is a plus.
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Knowledge of industrial electronics or automation.
- Familiarity with customer feedback systems.
