About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Solutions Manager to join our team at Hawksmoor, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our learning and development strategy. This Learning Solutions Manager remote position allows you to contribute to a sustainable restaurant group recognized for its commitment to quality and ethical practices.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable learning solutions that support operational excellence.
• Own and continuously improve our learning platform, ensuring content, pathways, and data are clear, relevant, and easy to use.
• Turn business and operational changes into practical learning tools and resources.
• Build and maintain learning dashboards and insights that support better decision-making.
• Work closely with L&D Managers and leaders to embed learning across restaurants and central teams.
• Lead learning campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and adoption.
• Use data and feedback to evaluate impact and continuously improve learning experiences.

Requirements

• Experienced in learning design, L&D systems, or learning operations.
• Confident working with LMS or LXP platforms and learning data.
• Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• A strong collaborator who enjoys working across teams and sites.
• Passionate about making learning simple, practical, and impactful.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
